Job Title:  Controller

Coating Place, Inc. a well-established, fast growing Verona based specialty pharmaceutical company, seeks an energetic, proactive, hands-on individual to manage the financial and HR activities of the organization.

As the Controller,  you will have an opportunity to take the initiative to recognize opportunities for process improvement, make recommendations and implement appropriate action plans.  You will manage accounting in the day to day functions along with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, budgeting, property and cost accounting, tax planning and compliance.  Will also coordinate all human resource functions and provide HR support to the organization.

Minimum 5 years related experience and 4-ear accounting degree required.  CPA and industry experience preferred but not required.  Great Plains experience a plus!  You must be a team player, be technically savvy, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
