larger project is set for the Coating Place, a 31-year-old
company on Paoli Street that specializes in coating or
encapsulating prescription and over-the-counter medicine for

the expansion, Coating Place could add up up to 40-45
workers to its current staff of 85 in the next two years, he

between 1998 and 2003, thanks to three expansions of its
warehouse and coating facilities.
Coating Place was founded in Verona in 1976 by Harlan Hall,
a former coating laboratory manager at the Wisconsin Alumni
Research Foundation, after Hall purchased the "Wurster Fluid
Bed Coating" technology from the University of Wisconsin
Alumni Research Foundation. Today, the company works with
"dozens of large international companies from throughout the
U.S. and Europe," Breunig said
