Responsible for coordinating training for all employees and for promoting a safe work environment. Periodic programs and courses are presented to improve the competence of all personnel. Topics include but are not limited to GMP's, safety, review of properly operating procedures, proper use of new equipment and personnel health. Also responsible for facility inspection and internal audit functions.
